Tyrone T. Irby
Tyrone Irby, 45, is an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the North Carolina Central University Eagles located in Durham, North Carolina. He specifically works with women's basketball, men's baseball, women's softball and men's and women's tennis in addition he is the nutritional consultant for those teams. Irby was raised in Brooklyn, New York and founded Up in Smoke Catering Co. in 2003 and Choice Personal Fitness is 2007. He is an avid baseball fan (Yankees) and resides in Durham .
Kathy Fall
Kathy Fall, 48, has over 20 years in the technology and engineering industries. She is a lifelong writer who writes poetry, prose, technical documents, and business plans. She is regularly active in power walking, Yoga, and Chen style Tai Chi. She resides in Bronx, New York with her son Cheikh.
Tyrone and Kathy are also brother and sister, originally from Brooklyn, New York.
